  • Parking:

    ✨ You can find free 2-hour street parking on Hastings Parade. This may be useful for quick drop-offs, luggage unloading, or short errands.

    ✨ Free all-day parking in Bondi is rare. Most of the nearby streets operate under time limits (e.g. 2P / 2-hour limits) or are metered/paid by the local council. 

    ✨ On busy days (especially weekends or during events), finding street parking,  even short-term, can be difficult, as demand is high. 

    There are some nearby paid parking lots for overnight or long stays:

    ✨ The nearest reliable option is Bondi Beach Parking Station on Queen Elizabeth Drive. This is the largest off-street car park near the beach and accepts both short-term and longer stays. 

    ✨ Another nearby facility is Pacific Bondi Car Park (on Curlewis Street), operated by a professional parking-management company. It tends to be busy on peak days, but it’s a good backup for overnight or multi-day parking.

Before leaving, we kindly ask:

  • Turn off the lights and air conditioning

  • Take the rubbish out

  • Return keys to their original place

  • Close and lock all doors/windows

House Guidelines

  • No smoking indoors

  • No parties or events

  • Please respect neighbours (quiet hours in the evening)

  • Registered guests only

How Things Work

  • TV: Smart TV with streaming apps available with guest login.

  • Laundry: There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

NOTE: The wash and dry cycle is approximately 4 hours. For safety, the door cannot be opened during the drying cycle due to the high temperature. The door locks automatically, and if the temperature is high, an "H" warning appears; you must wait 30–45 minutes for it to cool before the lock releases. It is not recommended to use the dryer if you are on a strict timeframe.

  • De'Longhi Magnifica Coffee Machine

    1. Fill the water tank & bean hopper
    2. Place the cup under the spout
    3. Press for single or double espresso
    4. For a cappuccino/latte: froth milk, then combine
    5. Clean the drip tray & grounds bin after use — rinse milk parts
